About 9wickets — Malaysia's Online Betting Home
We built 9wickets for one reason: to give Malaysian players a platform that is genuinely fast, genuinely fair, and genuinely on their side — every single day of the year.
The 9wickets Story
9wickets started with a straightforward observation: the best online betting platforms in the world were not built for Malaysian players. Withdrawal processes were slow. Support agents did not speak Bahasa Melayu or Chinese. Odds on Liga Super Malaysia were treated as an afterthought. Payment options required workarounds. And nobody seemed to care enough to fix it.
So we built 9wickets from scratch — a platform designed around how Malaysians actually live, pay, and play. From day one, we committed to MYR-only transactions with no conversion fees, local payment channels including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, and all major Malaysian banks, and a customer support team that communicates fluently in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin Chinese.
The name 9wickets reflects our passion for cricket — a sport deeply woven into the fabric of the Malaysian Indian community — and our broader commitment to the full spectrum of Malaysian sports culture. Today, 9wickets covers Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and dozens of other leagues and competitions, alongside full live casino floor, slot library, and live dealer tables.
We are headquartered with operations serving the Southeast Asian market and hold international licensing to operate our gaming services. Every product decision we make is filtered through a single question: does this make the experience better for our Malaysian players?
A small team of Malaysian betting enthusiasts and tech engineers decide to build the platform they always wished existed. Early focus: ultra-fast MYR withdrawals and genuine local payment support.
Full sportsbook launches covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and Asian Handicap markets. Live betting and real-time odds updates introduced within the first year of operations.
Live dealer casino tables, slot games, and a full fishing game library go live. Customer support expanded to cover English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese —24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
9wickets becomes the first Malaysian betting platform to run a dedicated Deepavali seasonal promotion series, celebrating the Festival of Lights with the Malaysian Indian community. The Marigold Purple theme is introduced.
9wickets now serves over half a million registered players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and beyond — with the same commitment to speed, fairness, and local support we started with.
Our Mission & Core Values
Everything we do at 9wickets is grounded in three words: speed, fairness, and respect. Respect for our players' time, their money, and their trust. Here is what that looks like in practice.
9wickets is committed to responsible gaming. We offer deposit limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to every account holder. For players aged 21 and above only. If gambling is affecting you or someone you know, please visit our Responsible Gambling page for support resources.
We process the vast majority of withdrawals in under 15 minutes via DuitNow and FPX. Fast doesn't mean cutting corners on security — it means building infrastructure that handles both simultaneously.
Our games are sourced from RNG-certified providers. Odds are set competitively and transparently. We do not manipulate lines after you've placed a bet. What you see is what you get.
Every product decision, every promotion structure, every support interaction is evaluated from the player's perspective first. If it doesn't benefit Malaysian players, it doesn't ship.
We understand Malaysian culture — from Deepavali and Hari Raya to the Liga Super Malaysia title race. 9wickets is not a foreign platform operating in Malaysia; it is a Malaysian platform, full stop.
256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and rigorous KYC procedures protect every player account. Your funds and personal data are treated with the highest level of care.

Four Pillars of the 9wickets Promise
These four commitments are non-negotiable. They govern every decision we make as a platform.

We publish our withdrawal speed target publicly and hold ourselves accountable to it. The majority of MYR withdrawal requests via DuitNow and FPX are processed within 15 minutes — any day, any time. If yours takes longer, our support team wants to know why.
Transparent Bonus Terms
Every promotion on 9wickets comes with clearly written terms — wagering requirements, expiry dates, maximum bet caps, and game contribution rates are stated upfront. We believe players should know exactly what they are agreeing to before they click "Claim."
Responsible Gaming Tools for Every Player
Deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion are available to every account holder — not just those who ask for them. We proactively promote responsible gaming because we want players to enjoy9wickets for years, not burn through their budget in a weekend.
Malaysian Culture, Not Just Malaysian Market
9wickets runs Deepavali promotions because we understand what Deepavali means — the Festival of Lights, family, and community. We celebrateHari Raya, Chinese New Year, and national holidays with genuine engagement, not tokenism. This is a platform by Malaysians, for Malaysians.
Serving Players Across Malaysia
9wickets has active player communities in every major Malaysian city. Whether you're placing a live football bet from a mamak stall in Bangsar, watching EPL odds shift from your apartment in Petaling Jaya, or catching the Liga Super Malaysia weekend fixtures from Johor Bahru —9wickets is with you.
Our platform is fully mobile-optimised, meaning no app download is required. Access9wickets from any browser on Android or iOS. Pages load quickly even on standard4G connections, and the live betting interface stays responsive throughout matches.

9wickets operates under international gaming licensing that requires regular audits of financial controls, game fairness standards, and player protection protocols.
